When you submit the inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), inquiry type, and any message you choose to include. If you arrived from an online advertisement, we also capture the referring campaign identifiers (UTM parameters, Google Ads gclid, Meta fbclid, Microsoft msclkid) alongside your submission so we can understand which campaigns are reaching qualified buyers.
SMS Communications
If you provide a phone number and check the SMS opt-in box, you consent to receive text messages from Sunshine Ranches Estates regarding showing confirmations and property availability.

Third-Party Services
This site uses the following services to operate:
- Cloudflare Pages: hosting and CDN. Cloudflare processes request metadata (IP address, browser type) for security and performance.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: cookieless, privacy-first analytics. No personal data or cross-site tracking collected.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: bot protection on the inquiry form. Sets a short-lived functional cookie to verify submissions. No advertising or tracking purpose.
- Microsoft Clarity: anonymized session recording and heatmaps used to improve the site experience. Does not collect personal information entered in form fields.
- Google Apps Script: receives inquiry form submissions, stores them in a Google Sheet, and emails the property owner.
- QUO / OpenPhone: SMS delivery for users who have opted in to text updates.
Advertising & Measurement
We may run paid advertising on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, and Microsoft) to help qualified buyers and their agents discover this listing. When those campaigns are active, the following technologies may be present on this site:
- Google Analytics 4: measures aggregate traffic and engagement. IP addresses are anonymized.
- Google Ads conversion tracking: records whether a visitor who clicked one of our Google ads later submitted the inquiry form, so we can measure campaign effectiveness.
- Meta Pixel: records the same for Facebook and Instagram ads.
These services may set cookies or use similar identifiers. They do not receive your name, email, phone number, or message content — only an event indicating that an action occurred.
